This campaign focused on increasing awareness of WP Food Manager, an all-in-one restaurant plugin that helps restaurant owners manage their businesses online through their website. Through an integrated approach that combines SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising, aimed at reaching food business owners and key decision-makers in the restaurant industry.

As part of an SEO campaign to boost brand awareness, a comprehensive SEO site audit was conducted to improve the website’s search performance. The audit involved analyzing technical SEO aspects like crawlability, site speed, and mobile-friendliness. It also included on-page SEO evaluations such as keyword optimization, content quality, and meta tags improvement, to ensure the site aligned with search engine best practices.

The audit also focused on user experience with improved navigation, backlink analysis for authoritative links, and security with HTTPS implementation. This strategy created a roadmap for enhancing organic visibility and long-term brand growth.

The competitor analysis for WP Food Manager aimed to enhance brand awareness by identifying market opportunities. I researched their key competitors in the restaurant management software industry by analyzing their content, and SEO strategies and evaluated their user experience (UX) and site architecture. 

Ahrefs and Screaming Frog were used to assess keyword use and backlink profiles. I identified content gaps, and customer engagement strategies through this analysis. 

The keyword research campaign was focused on increasing brand awareness by identifying relevant keywords aligned with the target audience of restaurant owners, managers, and digital marketers. Through audience persona development and search intent analysis, keywords were categorized into informational, navigational, and transactional intent to better understand user needs. Using a tool like Ahrefs, gaps and opportunities in content strategies were revealed 

The process included discovering long-tail keywords, prioritizing based on search volume and competition, and mapping them to relevant content. This structured approach helped optimizing the SEO strategy and improving visibility.

To enhance brand awareness for WP Food Manager, a comprehensive on-page optimization strategy was implemented. This involved integrating targeted keywords naturally into titles, meta descriptions, headers, and body content. The quality and structure of content were improved to provide value, while meta tags and header tags were optimized to boost search engine visibility and user engagement.

Additionally, internal linking strategies were introduced. These efforts increased their search visibility.

Key steps I tool, include boosting site speed by compressing images, minifying code, and leveraging browser caching. Mobile responsiveness was ensured through adaptive design and usability testing. Secure HTTPS and optimized URLs were implemented to build trust and enhance search visibility.

Other important optimizations were focused on improving crawlability and indexing by refining the sitemap, fixing crawl errors, and optimizing robots.txt. I further recommended schema markup, using a CDN, conducting accessibility audits, and enhancing site security.

In the link-building campaign, the primary goal was to enhance brand awareness by boosting domain authority and improving search engine rankings. The strategy involved analyzing competitor backlinks, targeting industry-relevant publications, and creating high-value content like guides. Personalized outreach and relationship building with bloggers and industry experts were also used to secure quality backlinks.

In addition to that, I monitored backlink quality and explored further improvements such as partnerships,  and influencer collaborations. This approach strengthened WP Food Manager’s credibility, driving traffic and positioning the brand as a leader in restaurant technology.

A comprehensive content strategy was developed, targeting restaurant owners, managers, and IT professionals. 

Audience persona development, content gap analysis, and keyword integration were implemented to create relevant and informative materials.  Their owned content distribution channels like website, blog posts, and Facebook were leveraged. Continuous monitoring and optimization made the strategy effective.  

The paid advertising strategy for WP Food Manager focused on increasing brand awareness using Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Through keyword targeting and compelling ad copy with clear CTAs, the Google Ads campaign reached relevant audiences using geographic and demographic filters. 

The Facebook Ads campaign targeted restaurant owners and managers through audience segmentation and retargeting tactics. High-quality visuals, budget management, and retargeting drove engagement. Recommendations included A/B testing, landing page optimization, and increased use of video ads.
